The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Specialist to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems. You will coordinate repairs, manage work orders and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 6–8 years in building and grounds maintenance, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multi-task and work with contractors and AHJ. Weekend/off-shift hours may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Certifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 6-8 years of relevant work experience; experience directing and training others in building and grounds maintenance; manage capital projects from planning to execution.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to multi-task multiple projects and meet tight timetables.
• Ability to mentor others in maintenance operations and work independently with management and contractors.
• Excellent communication with staff, contractors and AHJ; willingness to implement cultural and process changes.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring facility elements (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are up to code and maintained.
• Assist in creating schedules, coordinating repairs, delegating projects, and running reports.
• Coordinate contracted services and trades for contract compliance and special needs.
• Collaborate on security, card access, video surveillance and fire protection system maintenance.
