Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing Certification.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing or supervision.
• Data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving on major downtime, quality or safety issues analyzing BOMs and drawings.
• Lead process implementation for NPD projects and support schedules and lean principles.
• Review Quality System Tools and procedures to improve KPIs and solve quality problems.
• Define standards and manage industrial engineering data like Time Study and Standard Work.
