Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a Slot Technical Supervisor to oversee the Slot Technical operations and manage a team within the Slots department. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. AND at least three (3) years of progressively responsible Casino Slot experience.
• Six (6) months as a Senior Slot Tech III or equivalent position.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and special events, as needed.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and obtain gaming license/background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Slot Technical operations.
• Supervises and delegates all Slot Technical staff.
• Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepares and monitors departmental schedules.
• Assists, prepares, and administers the department budget.
• Resolves guest complaints and concerns quickly and professionally to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensures staff promote loyalty programs, promotions, and entertainment options.
• Provides mentoring, coaching, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Ensures compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Performs project management tasks with timelines and cost analyses.
