Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, CMMS).
• Extensive experience in repair and maintenance of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Building and Facility workforce in day-to-day assignments.
• Oversee maintenance and sanitation tasks and ensure safe operations.
• Conduct safety surveys and assign work orders to address deficiencies.
• Respond to accidents and equipment issues and ensure compliance with policies.
