The role requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent, strong analytical skills, and experience with maintenance CMMS and warehouse automation. Collaboration with environmental and facilities teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with CMMS and warehouse automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance activities and teams in the distribution center.
• Monitor preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Negotiate parts purchases and terms.
• Evaluate equipment and establish a life-cycle replacement program.
• Work with environmental compliance officers and consultants.
• Evaluate cost effective maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure safe testing, operation and tracking of refrigeration systems.
• Develop and manage employee work schedules.
• Audit employee performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Communicate with department management to ensure needs are met.
