Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) is seeking a dependable Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations across campuses. This hands-on role keeps spaces safe, functional, and welcoming for staff, clients, volunteers, vendors, and visitors.

Based at the Dunwoody campus with coverage across JF&CS properties, you’ll open buildings, coordinate with vendors, handle basic maintenance, onboarding support, and front-desk coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or another service-oriented role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Comfort with basic facility tasks and physical work.

Responsibilities

• Open the Dunwoody campus as needed by walking the property and checking common areas for issues.
• Prepare offices and workspaces for staff moves and events.
• Perform basic facilities tasks such as painting, bulb changes, furniture moves.
• Coordinate with vendors, security personnel, and contractors.
• Support onboarding, safety drills, and front desk coverage as needed.
