Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience supporting facilities, operations, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong budget management and scheduling skills; proficient with MS Office/PM tools.
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent demonstration of PM expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility renovations, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate activities between internal departments, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, and ROI; communicate progress to leadership.
