Job summary

You will oversee the full project lifecycle from scoping and budgeting to design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent combination.
• Experience with project management in construction, renovation, or capital delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for renovation and construction projects.
• Develop preliminary budgets, schedules, and delivery approaches appropriate to project size.
• Coordinate site assessments, feasibility studies, and selection of designers and consultants.
• Lead or support design and construction procurement processes in line with policy.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Serve as on-site representative during construction, coordinating activities and safety.
