Job summary

The Building People Career Center seeks a senior Facilities Operations & Management lead to guide and direct O&M across multiple sites. You will review plans for constructability and regulatory conformance, and drive innovation in work processes.

Strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential to succeed in this high-autonomy role. You will oversee budgets, safety, and maintenance programs, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure reliable operations and continuous improvement

Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to provide functional guidance and direction across multiple sites.
Proven problem-solving abilities and innovative process design.
Experience reviewing project plans and conformance to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee O&M support for all contracts and ensure continuous operation of building systems.
Provide functional guidance and technical direction to staff and vendors.
Manage compliance for MEP, facilities safety, and related standards with PMs.
Lead budget creation and participation in operating budget processes.
Coordinate communications with clients and contract teams, virtually and in person.
Develop and implement maintenance SOPs and process improvements.
Monitor contractor performance and oversee QA/QC programs.
Respond to emergencies and service calls with timely actions.
