Job summary

Child Care Resource Center, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Specialist I to support facility operations, conference room setup, mail handling, and deliveries across multiple sites. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional travel, with on-call availability for emergencies.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1 year of facilities or office support experience, and basic IT/AV setup skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Facilities/general office support experience required.
• Working knowledge of computer programs (preventive maintenance, work order tracking) and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Visio or graphics software.
• Experience setting up audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• General Facilities Support (50%).
• Facilities Specialist will also support in other functional areas as needed (50%).
• Conference Room Liaising.
• Delivering and mail processing & shipping/receiving.
• Parking monitoring and reservation liaison.
