Child Care Resource Center in California seeks a Facilities Specialist I to support operations, conference setups, mail handling, and deliveries. You will move items up to 50 lbs, assist with AV setups, and coordinate parking and mail logistics.

A strong customer-service mindset is essential for internal staff and external vendors. The role is full-time, on-site, with on-call responsibilities and travel as needed across CCRC sites in the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Facilities/general office support experience required.
• Working knowledge of computer programs like maintenance/work order tracking, MS Office, Visio or graphics software.
• Experience setting up AV equipment and peripherals; basic troubleshooting of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• General Facilities Support (50%).
• Support in Conference Room Liaising, Delivering, Mail Processing & Shipping/Receiving, Parking Liaison.
• Perform relocation of items up to 50 lbs, and assist with maintenance projects.
• Provide proactive customer service and clear communication to staff and vendors.
