Responsibilities include coordinating with external vendors, controlling the facilities budget, and driving sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce waste. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
