Madix in Terrell, TX is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. You will lead janitorial and groundskeeping staff, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and coordinate with external vendors to keep facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of facilities management experience, knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and strong leadership.

• 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and facilities software.

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities and grounds.
• Manage janitorial and groundskeeping staff and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance services and supplies.
• Manage the facilities budget.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce waste.
