Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair work for at least 1 year.
• Valid CA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Manage operations in the Facilities Manager's absence.
• Oversee repairs and coordinate with subcontractors and staff.
