Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities management, or related skilled trades.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and appliance servicing.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify repair needs and safety hazards.
• Oversee landscaping, grounds maintenance, roof systems, and exterior site upkeep.
• Oversee regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleaning.
• Manage and monitor the digital work order system for timely response.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for approved work and budgets.
