Job summary

Barkan Management Company is seeking a qualified Facilities/Operations Manager for a condominium property in Greater Boston-West. The role covers full day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards to meet client needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will handle administration, maintenance, financial oversight, resident relations, and personnel management. A minimum of five years in similar roles is preferred, with CMCA/AMS/PCAM designations advantageous.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience with facilities management tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Attends all client meetings.
• Coordinates and oversees repair and maintenance work by technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Reviews work orders to ensure completion and quality.
• Manages capital projects and operating budgets.
• Prepares budget and variance reports.
• Oversees vendor relationships and invoice processing.
