Job summary

Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a Facilities/Operations Manager to maintain the corporate headquarters and multi-building portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient workplaces nationwide.

Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance, managing projects with the Sourcing and Asset Management team, preparing expense reports, and coordinating vendors while driving cost savings and operational excellence. Travel 5–8% nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• 5+ years related experience in facilities/operations.
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience interfacing with ERP systems, including Microsoft D365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee corporate headquarters and multi-building portfolio.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Prepare expense reports and code invoices per policy.
• Coordinate with Sourcing and Asset Management and vendors.
• Drive cost savings and operational efficiency across the organization.
