Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a Facilities/Operations Manager to maintain the corporate headquarters and multi-building portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient workplaces nationwide.
Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance, managing projects with the Sourcing and Asset Management team, preparing expense reports, and coordinating vendors while driving cost savings and operational excellence. Travel 5–8% nationwide.

Responsibility for maintaining and overseeing the company grounds, buildings, and building- related equipment to ensure that the workplace is safe, functional, and in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations throughout the Braun Intertec Network. Primary focus is operations of the Corporarte Headquarters including on-site system upkeep; workplace experience; vendor and soft services oversight. Responsibilities also include multi-building portfolio governance and support.
Essential: Hearing and vision (both correctable), continuous sitting or standing at desk or workstation, wrist turning, grasping, pinching, and finger manipulation, other physical requirements typical of working on a computer and talking on a phone (30%-50% of the time worked); frequent walking, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, turning and twisting (20%-50% of the time worked); occasional reaching, lifting or carrying up to 30 lbs, and push/pull up to 20 lbs (11%-29% of the time worked); rarely taste/smell, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, lifts or scaffolding (0-9% of the time worked). The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Work/Environment Usually will be an office environment, using computer, telephone, other office equipment as needed to perform duties; frequent interruptions throughout day likely. Sometimes will be an environment which can be outside in all weather conditions and/or tightly enclosed areas. Travel Requirements Position requires offsite travel (locally and throughout United States), typically 5-8% annually. #LI-CT1 Compensation Range: $96,000.00 - $144,000.00
