Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsibility for maintaining and overseeing the company grounds, buildings, and building- related equipment to ensure that the workplace is safe, functional, and in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations throughout the Braun Intertec Network. Primary focus is operations of the Corporarte Headquarters including on-site system upkeep; workplace experience; vendor and soft services oversight. Responsibilities also include multi-building portfolio governance and support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demonstrates initiative by identifying solutions, gathering information and completed assigned projects with minimal supervision
  • Prepares expense reports and codes invoices in adherence with company policies, procedures, and deadlines
  • Works closely with operations and facilities team to manage projects and resource flow
  • Provides hands-on technical competence in HVAC diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and general building maintenance
  • Oversees day-to-day building operations to support the organization and help maintain a positive workplace environment
  • Provides leadership in coordinating office space and equipment operation and maintenance while fostering strong vendor relationships
  • Drives consistency throughout organization by leveraging common suppliers and standards in sourcing activities, including both indirect and capital purchases
  • Identifies and implements opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and drive cost savings across the organization.
  • Work closely with other members of the Sourcing and Asset Management team to manage project and workflows including backing up critical job functions of other team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
  • Strong Project Management/organizational skills with attention to detail, people, systems and processes
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, including presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
  • Works independently and handles multiple priorities simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
  • Must have the ability to interface with ERP programs including Microsoft D365 in support of invoicing, accounting, and related business functions
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Technical understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience and/or Training: Five or more years related experience
  • Licenses/Certificates: Driver’s license
  • Technology/Equipment: Microsoft Office
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

Essential: Hearing and vision (both correctable), continuous sitting or standing at desk or workstation, wrist turning, grasping, pinching, and finger manipulation, other physical requirements typical of working on a computer and talking on a phone (30%-50% of the time worked); frequent walking, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, turning and twisting (20%-50% of the time worked); occasional reaching, lifting or carrying up to 30 lbs, and push/pull up to 20 lbs (11%-29% of the time worked); rarely taste/smell, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, lifts or scaffolding (0-9% of the time worked). The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Work/Environment Usually will be an office environment, using computer, telephone, other office equipment as needed to perform duties; frequent interruptions throughout day likely. Sometimes will be an environment which can be outside in all weather conditions and/or tightly enclosed areas. Travel Requirements Position requires offsite travel (locally and throughout United States), typically 5-8% annually. Compensation

#LI-CT1 Compensation Range: $96,000.00 - $144,000.00
