Northwest Health seeks a Manager, Facilities, to ensure efficient operation of the hospital’s physical plant, clinics, and related buildings. You will oversee maintenance, safety, compliance, and capital projects, guiding a team of facilities staff and coordinating with clinical leadership to support uninterrupted patient care.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory adherence and safe, reliable infrastructure across our care network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of direct facilities or related field experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a closely related field.

Responsabilités

• Supervise facilities maintenance staff and manage performance.
• Oversee operations of hospital, clinics, and off‑campus buildings to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Ensure building systems are maintained per manufacturer recommendations and regulatory standards.
• Lead fire prevention activities, including drills and staff training.
• Coordinate construction and remodeling projects with internal teams and external contractors.
• Collaborate with other departments and Medical Administrative Staff.
