St. Charles Health System Inc. in Oregon seeks a Manager Facilities for the Northern Campuses to lead building operations, safety, and utility delivery across Redmond, Madras and Prineville.

You will manage a team of Facilities caregivers, set priorities, and ensure compliance with Life Safety and regulatory standards. This exempt role reports to the System Director Facilities, guides preventive maintenance, budgeting, and energy management, and collaborates with system peers to share resources

Competenze

• Five (5) years of experience in facilities plant operations, trades, and/or construction.
• Minimum one (1) year of prior leadership experience.
• Preferred: Five (5) years of experience managing maintenance in a hospital setting.

Mansioni

• Oversee building operations for the Northern Campus locations and lead Facilities Services staff.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and continuous operation of hospital facilities and utilities.
• Manage budget, compliance with Life Safety, CMS, and regulatory standards, and coordinate energy/asset management.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in related field
