Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking a Manager Environmental Services to lead housekeeping and linen operations across the Bend campuses.

You will plan, direct, and optimize resources, ensuring sanitary, attractive, safe, and orderly environments for patients and staff. The role requires five years of relevant housekeeping experience with at least one year in leadership, CHEST certification, and a valid Oregon driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires CHEST certification.
• Requires Oregon driver’s license and ability to travel to SCHS sites.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs Environmental Services functions to keep hospital areas sanitary and orderly.
• Supervises supervisors and caregivers; hires, trains, and develops staff.
• Maintains staffing within budget and coordinates schedules.
• Performs quality assurance checks and ensures safety and infection control standards.
• Delivers timely customer service and responds to requests from customers.
