SkyWater's Bloomington-based team seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead a technicians group and support Fab operations around the clock. You will drive maintenance, planning, and improvements for facilities, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: BS Degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management-level roles.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and support Fab operations 24/7.
• Manage facilities design, planning, construction and maintenance.
• Plan, budget and schedule facility modifications and costs.
• Implement training programs for facilities technicians.
• Maintain 5S and safety across shifts.
