Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of management-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and support Fab operations 24/7.
• Manage design, planning, construction and maintenance of facilities equipment and buildings.
• Oversee daily work orders and contractor coordination.
• Plan, budget and schedule facility modifications with cost estimates.
• Implement a training program for facilities technicians.
• Develop systems to structure the facilities organization.
• Coordinate space allocation, layout and expansion.
• Support site planning for growth in Custom Foundry business.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Mentor technicians on equipment upgrades to reduce downtime and costs.
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Allocate resources to meet engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing needs.
• Lead downtime resolution efforts and cost-reduction initiatives.
