• Experience: 5+ years operating wastewater treatment systems; 8-10 years in manufacturing or operations.
• Skills: mechanical inclination, troubleshooting, good communication, attention to detail, collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide cultural leadership by exemplifying core values.
• Coordinate/Plan/Perform equipment preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Contractor management and technical guidance to technicians.
• Support root cause investigations and implement solutions.
• Operate wastewater treatment systems; monitor instrumentation and process parameters.
• Maintain chemical inventory and safety, ensure site uptime and equipment reliability.
