Job summary

SkyWater Technology in Minnesota (Bloomington) is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and support Fab operations 24/7. You will drive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement across facilities, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a BS in engineering or technical discipline and at least 5 years in management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in management-level roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, construct and maintain facilities equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Oversee daily work orders and contractor coordination.
• Plan, budget and schedule facility modifications with cost estimates.
• Implement a training program for facilities technicians.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and 5S principles.
