Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees facilities maintenance and related staff across City facilities.
• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates work schedules and personnel actions.
• Inspects work quality and safety, directing improvements as needed.
• Manages budgets, procurement, and contract administration for projects.
• Coordinates equipment, inventory, and assets; ensures proper inspections.
• Delivers strong customer service and timely response to requests and issues.
• Represent the program area at meetings and hearings; stays updated on codes and regulations.
• Performs other trades work as assigned.
