Qualifications

• Five or more years managing facility operations and maintenance programs.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering and construction principles, regulations.
• Experience managing budgets and business operations.
• Familiarity with NFPA, ASME, OSHA and EPA codes and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and controls functions of plant operations and maintenance.
• Reviews and implements new or modified programs, services, and policies.
• Meetings with COR, staff, contractors, architects and engineers to plan and communicate programs.
• Monitors workflow and ensures timely completion and regulatory adherence.
• Prepares and maintains departmental budgets and records.
• Oversees construction and development of facilities and coordinates with vendors.
