Responsibilities

• Performs daily administrative tasks: quotes, inspection reports, safety forms, scheduling.
• Schedule and coordinate facility maintenance and repair processes, including hiring and oversight of contractors.
• Create and manage maintenance and repair work orders.
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage on-site trades personnel and subcontract workers.
• Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Monitor quality control and ensure subcontractor work meets the Quality Control Plan.
