Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities in Kingsville, MD. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management plan to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company‑owned properties, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Manage and coordinate all vendor and contractor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas in need of repair or improvement.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure all facilities are properly maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and track facility budgets, including forecasting and cost‑control measures.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans to address any unexpected facility issues or emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to facility management, including safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for facility maintenance and operations.
• Manage a team of facility maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
