Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee repair and maintenance operations for our Tampa location.

You will coordinate with management, production personnel, tradespeople and technicians to identify needs, set priorities and drive on-time completion of tasks. The role emphasizes cost-effective repairs, budget monitoring, and contractor negotiations, with a focus on maintaining safe, compliant facilities and improving productivity across stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; other combinations may meet requirements.
• Three years of experience in facility maintenance or more preferred.
• Must be computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance requirements and associated costs by coordinating with management, production personnel and technicians.
• Schedule and assign employees; negotiate and hire contractors; follow up on work results.
• Determine work priorities and schedule repairs, maintenance and installation of equipment.
• Examine records and reports to ensure repairs are cost effective.
• Gather budget information and monitor expenditures; implement corrective actions.
