Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across facilities. The role focuses on identifying maintenance requirements, coordinating with management and technicians, and ensuring cost-effective repairs.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least three years of facility maintenance experience, with strong computer literacy in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. This is a full-time on-site role in the Kentucky area.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Three years of experience in facility maintenance or more preferred.
Must be computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

Identifies maintenance requirements and costs by coordinating with management, production personnel, tradesmen and technicians.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; negotiating and hiring contractors; following up on work results.
Manages repair and maintenance operation by determining work priorities, scheduling, repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment.
Ensures repairs are performed cost effectively by examining records and operating practices.
