Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in the Greater Orlando area seeks a Territory Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across the region, including Tampa.

You will coordinate with management, technicians and contractors to ensure timely repairs and installations, while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards. The role requires 3+ years in facility maintenance, a business-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in facility maintenance or more preferred.
• Must be computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance requirements and costs by coordinating with management, production personnel, tradesmen and technicians.
• Schedule and assign employees; negotiate and hire contractors; follow up on work results.
• Determine work priorities, schedule repairs, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment.
• Examine records and practices to ensure repairs are cost effective.
• Manage budgets: gather information, schedule expenditures, monitor variances, implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, select, orient, train and coach employees; communicate expectations and objectives.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and regulations.
• Develop schedules; assign work; monitor productivity; resolve problems; maintain manuals; enforce new procedures.
• Approve work schedules; verify submitted time and approvals.
• Attend workshops and read professional publications to maintain knowledge; participate in professional societies.
