Job summary

Circle K is seeking a maintenance technician to upkeep convenience store facilities and equipment across the division. Responsibilities include light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep to interiors, shelving, and cabinets.

The role requires troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of store equipment, coordinating with service vendors, and participating in training for new equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• 3-5 years experience in the A/C, Refrigeration or General Maintenance field.
• Requires driving a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Provides general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structure, interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc., cleaning and other basic maintenance.
• Maintains store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Facilitates repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Will be required to participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Will be required to participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
