Job summary

Grant Medical Center is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to lead and oversee repairs and maintenance across our campus. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate scheduled service, and support construction or renovation projects while ensuring safety and operational continuity.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent, solid knowledge of commercial real estate, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent combination of experience.
• Thorough technical skills in assigned areas.
• Broad knowledge of maintaining commercial real estate.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as Power Point, MS Office and MS Outlook.
• 2+ yrs. Experience in commercial property management, skilled trades or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee facility repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain customer relationships and vendor relationships; support construction/renovation projects.
• Arrange for contracted service and repair; assist maintenance staff in obtaining materials and parts.
• Assist with annual budgets for Operating Expense and capital infrastructure for real estate and care sites.
