Job summary

TekWissen® Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead daily operations, ensure safety, and manage budgets for a multinational client. The role requires strong communication, contract oversight, and CMMS governance, with a focus on reliability and lifecycle planning of technical assets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and 10+ years of facilities leadership, with familiarity in HVAC, fire and building automation, and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction mgmt, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive facilities management leadership.
• BOMA and/or IFMA designation preferred.
• Proficient with Windows-based software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and customer meetings.
• Knowledge of OSHA codes, regulations, and safety compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations and safety.
• Develop, manage, and track operating budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee CMMS data quality and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with client and stakeholders to align contractual obligations.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships, including contract administration.
• Provide KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the operations team and staff.
