Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our community maintenance program and preserve asset value. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure OSHA-compliant work environments, and coordinate with the Community Manager to meet resident needs and safety standards.

You'll manage staff scheduling, budgeting for maintenance categories, vendor oversight, and emergency response, with a focus on quality, confidentiality, and a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize maintenance staff meetings and events
• Maintain OSHA-compliant work environment
• Direct the maintenance operations of the property
• Make daily inspections of the community
• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Assign tasks, supervise and evaluate vendors
• Manage maintenance staff including hiring, ongoing training, and developing
• Maintain active and effective communication with residents and parents
• Follow up on completed maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls
