Job summary

Sisters of the Humility of Mary is seeking a full-time Facilities Services Manager to oversee the maintenance department and lead a dedicated team in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Responsibilities include supervising daily maintenance work, operating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, coordinating with contractors, training staff, and managing budgets. On-call rotations and support to the Director of Facilities Management are included.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assignments and operations of the maintenance department.
• Supervise, assist with, and schedule daily work of maintenance personnel to ensure productivity and quality.
• Operate and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with on-campus contractors; promote safe work practices.
• Train and orient staff; participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist with purchasing parts and supplies; maintain department records.
• Prepare and implement operating and capital budgets; complete performance evaluations.
• Support the Director of Facilities Management and assume Director duties in their absence; on-call rotation.
