Job summary

The Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking a Security and Facilities Associate to help ensure campus safety during evening and weekend hours. The role includes patrolling grounds, checking equipment, and responding to emergencies while maintaining a secure environment for all campus occupants.

You will also handle building access, escort staff, assist with farm operations, snow removal, and basic pool and water well chemical testing, documenting incidents per safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months of related experience or training preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems is desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong commitment to safety and campus security.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the campus to monitor safety concerns and ensure a secure environment.
• Inspect boilers and other equipment for proper operation.
• Lock and unlock buildings at scheduled times and respond to calls for assistance.
• Escort employees when needed and assist with maintenance tasks as required.
• Stoke a wood burner at the farm and perform basic snow removal with salt on walkways.
