Job summary

Kiowa is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of the casino's facilities, including FF&E, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will lead and develop the Facilities team to maintain safety, quality, and high guest satisfaction across all properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor Degree in related field and 2 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a Facilities supervisory/managerial role.
• ADA knowledge related to building specifications.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for building wellbeing.
• Understanding budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and profit/loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Kiowa Guest Service Standards on every shift.
• Ensure efficient operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Maintain preventive maintenance for facilities, FF&E, and equipment.
• Lead staff, assign tasks, and monitor work orders for quality and completeness.
• Hire, train, and evaluate Facilities team in coordination with leadership.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts to repair facilities and equipment.
