Job summary

The Kiowa Casino Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all building systems, FF&E and compliance across our properties. You will lead and develop the Facilities team, manage preventative maintenance programs, and coordinate across departments to keep facilities in peak condition.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and gaming regulations while delivering guest and team member service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in related field plus 2 years in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
• 2 years of experience in a Facilities supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, safety procedures, and building specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of facilities, FF&E, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Manage, train and motivate Facilities team; schedule and delegate tasks.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely responses to requests.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting and financial controls for the department.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, safety and internal controls.
