Job summary

Kiowa Casino Group is seeking a Lead Custodian to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the casino, lounges, and public spaces. You will perform preventative maintenance, repair facilities and furnishings, and manage daily custodial tasks with a focus on guest experience and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year of custodial experience and related trades, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable on Company’s Policy.
• 1 year custodian experience and 1 year experience with plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping or other trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobbies, casino, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and stairways.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Report issues to Facilities Supervisor and assist in training new custodians.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed.
