Job summary

JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager in West Union, SC to act as the single point of contact for facilities management and coordinate service delivery for the client. You will support the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate teams while ensuring satisfaction across properties.

The role requires 6+ years of experience in corporate or consulting environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in corporate, third party service provider or consulting roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage staff in a matrix environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint; CMMS/Work Order systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Support area manager with short and long term client projects.
• Develop programs to reduce costs and improve productivity with facility leads.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual client reporting.
• Manage budgets and capital/expense planning with client representatives.
• Produce monthly/quarterly budget variance reports for each property.
• Assist in annual management planning for buildings in the area.
