Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily technician activity and supervise execution.
• Provide training and mentoring to a team of skilled technical staff.
• Act as shift lead for escalations and incident management.
• Develop and report on team KPIs and activities as required.
• Apply root cause analysis concepts to continuously improve maintenance operations.
• Develop, review, and improve standard maintenance procedures.
• Manage basic projects and oversee contractors and third-party work.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering on various projects to support growth.
