Job summary

CBRE seeks a Facility Manager to lead a site operations team across one or more commercial buildings in Goodyear, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and safety programs, focusing on uptime, cost control, and alignment with CBRE's standards.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with external contractors, managing budgets and capital projects, and driving process improvements in HVAC, power distribution, and building automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required; MVR will be conducted.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities maintenance staff and coach on SOPs.
• Manage schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external contractors for HVAC and building systems.
• Oversee budgets, capital projects, and incident reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and monitor uptime.
