Job summary

CBRE maintains Goodyear, AZ facilities with a Maintenance Technician who will service small to medium buildings and their mechanical and electrical systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support installation and modification of equipment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose issues, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for codes and safety compliance.
• Follow defined procedures and exchange straightforward information clearly.
• Deliver output by following procedures under supervision.
