Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license. Strong leadership, budgeting, and safety focus are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills with a curious, inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections following regulations and identify improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review price quotes for parts and services.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues.
