Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management.
• CFM certification desirable.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• LEED knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for projects.
• Monitor and control facility budgets and expenses.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify issues.
• Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage emergency response plans and procedures.
• Maintain records and documentation for facility operations.
• Monitor building systems to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules.
• Provide 24/7 availability for building emergencies.
