Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with relevant facility management experience or five years of related work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Residential Life and Facility Services for maintenance and upkeep.
• Oversee day-to-day management of maintenance, repairs and custodial services.
• Coordinate opening/move-in logistics and emergency responses.
• Supervise graduate and undergraduate staff and payroll processes.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with fire codes, ADA, OSHA and safety policies.
