Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between occupants/tenants and Facility Manager for work requests and to identify and resolve problems.
• Monitors and maintains physical management of structures, equipment, and outdoor areas.
• Writes work orders for Maintenance Mechanics.
• Drafts memos/calls to occupants/tenants for Facilities issues and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Schedules and participates in 24-hr emergency coverage in the Facilities.
