Job summary

Manhattan Valley Development is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across our residential and commercial properties in New York. You will supervise maintenance staff, plan repairs, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

You will coordinate with the Facilities Director, maintain logs, prepare reports, and drive improvements in building systems and tenant service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years in maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Yardi a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance personnel across properties
